Buya Boutique Shipment Policy

Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Custom or pre-order items may have extended processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within the European Union.

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays and customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Some orders will qualify for free standard shipping within the European Union which will be stated at the check-out if applicable.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking details first. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at shop@buya.boutique, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that Buya Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
